Common Code Violations
Common code violations include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive grass, weeds, or unmanaged vegetation
- Abandoned, junked, or inoperable vehicles
- Overflowing garbage, improper waste storage, or garbage left out after collection
- Snow and ice not removed from sidewalks
- Property maintenance and housing code violations
- Illegal signs, including portable signs and unauthorized advertising flyers
- Parking violations on private property
- Graffiti on public or private property
