Services Provided: The Department is responsible for several functions, including the administration of subdivision and land use regulations, zoning administration, architectural review, special studies, project management for selected planning activities, CSM review, using GIS technology, data collection and issuance of sign permits, building permits and building inspections.

The Planning and Zoning Department is now using MyGov to manage contractor registrations, permits, inspections, and abatement jobs. ALL PERMITS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE MYGOV PUBLIC PORTAL.

PERMIT FEES ARE NOT COLLECTED THROUGH MYGOV, YOU MUST EITHER PAY AT CITY HALL OR ON LINE AT PAY ONLINE LINK BELOW.

PERMIT FEES COULD BE DOUBLED IF WORK IS STARTED PRIOR TO A PERMIT BEING ISSUED. 

NO PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU HAVE ANY PAST DUE BALANCES OWED TO THE CITY OF WISCONSIN DELLS.
