Signs are regulated by City Ordinance Chapter 22. All signs within the City boundaries must be approved by the Design Review Committee. Contact the Code Enforcement Office for any questions or concerns.

PERMIT FEE WILL BE DOUBLED IF SIGN IS INSTALLED PRIOR TO APPROVAL.
NO PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU HAVE ANY PAST DUE BALANCES OWED TO THE CITY OF WISCONSIN DELLS.
Off Season Portable Signs
The City allows portable (sandwich board) signs during the offseason for stores that do not have a state-issued food license. These signs are allowed between November 1 and March 1. They must follow the requirements listed on the application below and be approved prior to being placed out in front of the store. Please fill out the below permit application and forward to the Code Enforcement Office.
